Horia Tecau is a member of the Romanian Davis Cup Team that will be competing once again in the World Group. Tecau was a Junior Wimbledon Doubles Champion in 2003 and possesses one of the biggest serves on Tour. After an injury-plagued 2006, Tecau will be looking to make a big jump in the rankings in 2007.
